Hi, I’m Ashley, the owner of Kandelita!
What started as a fun pandemic craft idea quickly became my passion, and in August of 2021, I decided to turn that passion into a business.
I decided to focus on creating unique scents inspired by my Filipino American heritage. At the time, there was not much AAPI representation in the home/personal fragrance industry and I wanted to bridge that gap.
So in short, I am an overly proud pinay who woke up one day and decided to make Filipino scented candles.
After years of growth, my husband Sergio joined me on the production/sales team. Together, we’re a Mexipino duo dedicated to creating the most unique scent experience that honors our cultural heritage!
