Orders and Shipping

What is your processing time?

Please check the announcement bar on the front page for current processing times!

Typically we process orders in about 1-3 business days, however please allow extra time during sales, promotions and holiday seasons.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

We do do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive.

We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Australia and Singapore. If your country is not listed, send us a message and we can get you a quote for shipping.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address!

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me ASAP at so I can adjust it before shipping it out!

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email us at to initiate a return. Then place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

What's your refund policy?

After receiving your returned items and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Yes! If your order has not been shipped yet, please send us an email at if you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason.

My items arrived damaged!

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@kandelitacompany to arrange a refund or replacement.

We just ask that you take and send us pictures of the damaged items. This will help us file claims with the shipping carriers.
